"We wish to call your attention to a huge favor your representative, Casey McCann, did for us on Monday, January 18, 2010. We had autos shipped by car carrier from Bellingham, WA to Santa Barbara, CA. The autos were delivered to your State Street location instead of your Cravens Lane, Carpinteria location as we had requested. After several frantic phone calls from the Bellingham Allied office and the car carrier driver, Casey McCann contacted us and went so far as to drive from Carpinteria to almost the northern most part of Santa Barbara. He stood in the driveway so we would know where to turn into your facility. He also made room for us to park our rental car indoors (to be picked up the following day.) We consider all of these actions by Casey McCann to be above and beyond normal business practice. We especially appreciate this kindness because of the stress associated with a long distance move.
